Industrial Business Administration Apprentices (m/f/d)

Duration: 3 years
Vocational school: Berufliche Schule für Wirtschaft Hamburg-Eimsbüttel (BS 26)

• Insight into all relevant business processes and the cross-departmental relationships within the company
• Direct connection between theoretical knowledge and practical business operations
• Extensive insights into a wide range of business processes
• Hands-on assignments in the areas of materials procurement, accounting, logistics, marketing, customer service, human resources, and retail
• Support from experienced training coordinators throughout the entire training program
• Participation in exciting projects with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas

• Good high school diploma or general (technical) college entrance qualification
• Interest in business-related topics and a variety of responsibilities
• Solid knowledge of basic mathematics and a good understanding of numbers
• Initiative, dedication, and the ability to work well in a team
• An independent, structured approach to work and a strong customer focus
• Openness in dealing with others and a willingness to ask questions, challenge existing processes, and learn new things
