Our quality policy is an essential and central component of our corporate philosophy and the basis for sustainable and economic success.

As part of our duty of care and the long-term satisfaction of our customers, ensuring continuous quality improvement in our company is a central management task. To ensure consistent quality, we involve all managers and their activities and actions within the respective process chain in a responsible manner alongside the management. This enables us to manufacture a high-quality and safer product of consistently high quality.

Our products are subject to an internal control system in accordance with the HACCP concept of the Food Hygiene Ordinance and the standards of the "Codex Alimentarius" in order to protect the end consumer from risks in the best possible way.

J.J. Darboven GmbH & Co KG has implemented a certified quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:ff since 1999, in which the HACCP concept is also integrated. We have been certified according to the International Food Standard, Version 6, Higher Level since 2005. IFS at a higher level has become a matter of course for us since the first certification in 2005. We are able to successfully certify this every year.

Both the external auditors of the certification companies and the auditors of our customers, whom we supply, regularly check the conformity of our own control system with the corresponding documentation. In this way, we ensure that our quality management system is regularly reviewed by means of internal and external audits.

Fairness is our top priority. With all our products, we pay attention to much more than just quality, variety, country of origin and processing. We are convinced that socially and ecologically sustainable action is also a basic prerequisite for long-term economic success. We have therefore been following our own guidelines for many years. Thanks to them, we are able to create what is important to us all: Coffee that is "good" in the truest sense of the word.
