Submit a complaint and improve the (coffee) future

Moving more together and making a collective difference: The protection of human rights and the environment in the coffee supply chain are important to us. That is why we have joined forces with other companies in the coffee industry under the umbrella of the German Coffee Association. The aim is to improve the sustainability of the coffee supply chain and to fulfill our duty of care in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

The joint Ear4U complaints procedure was launched with this aim in mind. As an open ear for the coffee industry, people working in the coffee value chain can report specific indications of grievances such as a lack of occupational health and safety, environmental pollution or forced labor. Reports received are investigated confidentially and comprehensively. We are supported in this by the independent company Global Risk Assessment Services GRAS.

Ear4U can be contacted via an online form, hotline and free app. Clear and easy to understand: further information about the procedure can be found on the website www.ear4u.org.
