Apprentices as Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d) – Food Technology

Duration: 2 years
Vocational school: Block instruction at the Walther-Lehmkuhl-Schule in Neumünster

• Insight into all relevant business processes and the cross-departmental relationships within the company
• Direct connection between theoretical knowledge and practical business operations
• You’ll gain insight into the following activities:
  • Commissioning of machines and equipment
  • Setup, upkeep, and maintenance of machinery
  • Operating and monitoring various machines and systems
  • Quality inspection of products during ongoing production
  • Planning and processing production orders

• High school diploma or a good secondary school diploma
• Interest in technical processes
• Initiative, dedication, and the ability to work well with others
• A reliable and responsible work ethic
• Openness in dealing with others and a willingness to ask questions, challenge existing processes, and learn new things
