J.J. Darboven’s Dutch subsidiary was founded in 1966 and is located in Amersfoort. With a team of 26 employees, divided into the branches of sales / marketing, logistics, administration and quality, we are active in 3 areas.
We sell coffee in retail and self-service wholesale; coffee concepts, tea, drinking chocolate, coffee machines, and coffee-related products in the Dutch hospitality and business market, and offer our international coffee brands in border shops in the Benelux countries. The main brands for the Dutch retail sector are Café Intención (organic and Fair Trade) and IDEE KAFFEE; the main brands for the hotel and business market are Alfredo Espresso, Café Intención (Fairtrade and/or organic, Eilles Tea, and Cocaya drinking chocolate).
We have partnerships with various machine suppliers such as WMF, Schaerer, Reneka, Franke, ETNA, Bravilor, and Unimat. At JJ Darboven, sustainability is an important goal across the entire chain - from the factory to the customer. All of our coffee brands are roasted at our J.J. Darboven GmbH headquarters in Germany, an international family business with over 150 years of experience in roasting and selling coffee and related products.
