We are looking to hire, as soon as possible, to strengthen our Technology & Engineering department in Hamburg:

Project Manager (m/f/d) – No Travel Required

• Comprehensive planning and management of in-house projects in the production and logistics sectors, with a focus on manufacturing and packaging facilities
• Leading internal and external project teams and serving as a central liaison between departments
• Preparation of requirements documents, technical specifications, and plant layouts for manufacturing and packaging facilities
• Negotiating and communicating technically with suppliers, as well as coordinating with external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensuring that schedule, cost, and quality targets are met, including project documentation and the development of technical solutions to address challenges

• A bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and packaging of products in the FMCG sector, as well as a good understanding of relevant production processes
• Experience in the planning, design, and commissioning of production and packaging systems in the food industry
• Familiarity with current requirements and developments regarding material usage, recyclability, and resource efficiency
• An analytical and independent approach to work, combined with strong organizational skills and a confident, communicative demeanor
