We are looking to strengthen our team in Hamburg as soon as possible with a

Training Instructor (m/f/d) for Technical Trades

Your diverse responsibilities:

• Providing technical and practical training and support to apprentices in technical trades
• Planning, organizing, and implementing training content in accordance with the training framework
• Teaching technical, safety-related, and production-related content
• Conducting technical training sessions for employees, as well as creating and continuously updating training materials and technical documentation
• Supporting and fostering the technical and personal development of trainees through regular feedback and development meetings
• Primary point of contact for vocational schools, examination boards, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and other training-related stakeholders
• Supporting trainees in preparing for interim and final exams, as well as conducting assessments of learning progress
• Close collaboration with production, engineering, maintenance, and other specialized departments to design a practical training program
• Contributing to the further development of training concepts, learning content, and training standards

• Completed technical vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), or in a comparable field
• Successfully completed advanced training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification, as well as certification as a training instructor in accordance with AEVO
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the food industry, is a plus
• Enjoyment of mentoring and developing young people
• A strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, along with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital learning media
