Sales and Retail Area Manager (m/f/d) for the Upper Palatinate/Lower Bavaria region

We are looking to hire as soon as possible to strengthen our takeout team:

Area Manager (m/f/d) for the Upper Palatinate / Lower Bavaria region

• You’ll actively win over and inspire new clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and institutional foodservice sectors while strategically expanding your sales territory.
• You’ll nurture existing customer relationships on an equal footing, identify opportunities, and develop them in a sustainable manner.
• You keep a close eye on the market, competition, and trends, and use this insight to identify targeted sales opportunities and develop appropriate strategies.
• You’re our face on the ground: at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, you’ll represent our brand and forge valuable new connections.

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the business or hospitality sector and, ideally, have some initial experience—or several years of experience—in sales.
• You have already worked in a field sales role and know how to win over customers and build long-term relationships with them.
• You’re familiar with the takeout business, or you’re eager to develop your skills in this field.
• You have a confident demeanor, communicate persuasively, and possess strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• You work independently and in an organized manner and are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
• You live within a daily commute of the area, or you’re willing to relocate.
