We are seeking a full-time

Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

• Ensuring high equipment availability and a smooth, high-quality production process in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 50001, and IFS
• Performing maintenance, repair, and servicing work on machines, equipment, and plant assets
• Troubleshooting, fault resolution, and commissioning of machines and pneumatic control systems
• Overseeing equipment in the green coffee and roasted coffee areas, including recording relevant measurement data
• Maintenance and upkeep of equipment as well as marking, coding, and labeling systems
• Carrying out preventive maintenance measures to avoid equipment downtime
• Participating in the optimization of existing equipment and processes, as well as in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, some initial work experience in maintenance or production—motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and reliably
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
• Good computer skills and proficiency with standard MS Office applications
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
