For our production facility in Sauerlach near Munich, we are seeking, to start as soon as possible—initially on a one-year fixed-term contract with the option of permanent employment—

Production Worker (m/f/d) at the Roasting Plant

• Operating and monitoring the roasting line as well as the grinding, cleaning, and sorting lines
• Organizing the receipt of green coffee and ensuring a smooth production process
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards
• Independently troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions
• Monitoring and documenting relevant quality parameters
• Performing regular cleaning tasks on the production equipment

• Completion of an apprenticeship in a food-related or technical field is an advantage, particularly as a brewer or maltster, since the associated process-oriented work methods and technical understanding translate particularly well to the work in our roastery
• Understanding of sensory product parameters
• A keen sense of mechanical motion sequences, complemented by a good ability to visualize
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with a focus on results
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work shifts
