With the grand opening of our specialty coffee flagship store in Hamburg’s Hafencity, we’re combining this tradition with a modern concept featuring a specialty coffee bar, our own roastery, events, and seminars. We’re creating a place where the art of coffee, hospitality, and community come together.

Join us on this journey and support our team starting now asa dedicated
barista (m/f/d) on a full- or part-time basis.

• Preparation of high-quality coffee beverages according to Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards
• Providing expert advice to our guests on specialty coffee, origins, roasting, and the best preparation methods
• Creating an atmosphere where our guests feel at home, with passion and personality
• Preparing other beverages such as tea, signature drinks, and select cocktails
• Taking orders and operating the point-of-sale system
• Maintaining, cleaning, and carefully handling our machines, equipment, and dining area
• Assisting with inventory receipt and warehouse organization
• Actively participating in events, cuppings, and seminars

• At least one year of experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, ideally in a café or bar setting
• Proficiency in operating our coffee equipment—especially portafilter machines
• A passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to continue developing your skills in this area
• Calm and composed, even during busy peak hours
• An independent and reliable work ethic with a keen eye for detail
• A team-oriented mindset within a motivated team and a passion for creating special moments of enjoyment
• Flexibility for shift work as well as weekend and holiday shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
